*Pre and Post Guest Cleaning – We clean and set the house so that it is inviting for guests, fully stocked with the necessitates you decide to leave for your guest.  This is a personalised thing that may include toiletries, beach towels, kitchen supplies or champagne.

You make the decision and we will supply and look after the rest.

• Laundering of Linen – a lot of Holiday Homes like to use their own choice of linen. We can see that your linen is laundered and returned ready, fresh for new guests.
• Window Cleaning – Depending on the guests that are staying, windows can need to be cleaned completely or partially. We can clean what is necessary after each guest and also do the complete clean when it is required.
• Yard Maintenance/Pool Cleaning/ Rubbish Removal – If you have a yard that needs to be maintained, lawns to be mowed, leaves tidied or removed, we can see that all is presentable on the arrival of your guests. If there is a pool, we can clean and have the water in top shape for the arrival of anyone wanting to cool off.  We will remove any left over rubbish, so that new guests have facilities for their own use.
• We can meet and greet guest and show them around the property or anything that is required to help make the running of a holiday letting and the stay enjoyable.
