GK Cleaning is a family run business that was established more than 12 years ago when the owners Garth and Karen Reilly moved from Brisbane to make a new home on the Coffs Coast, with their two children.

Garth worked in Brisbane as a production manager in a large printing firm. He has a lot of experience in attention to detail and working with clients and a large staff. He has had to organise and oversee that print work produced is at a very high standard each and every time before going to print and if there is a problem – solving is communicating and finding a solution.

The other part to the partnership is Karen, who has been a hairdresser who owned and managed salons, then after having children worked in the fish markets in Brisbane doing displays and sales.

Both hard working and a desire to live on the Coffs Coast, they decided that they would create, a cleaning business.

With no advertising except the local phone book, and word of mouth the business has grown to employ staff and working from Macksville to Grafton. Some of their clients have been with them virtually the whole time they have been trading.

The success of the business is the commitment to be loyal to their clients, working with their clients and attention to detail to make the working environment a healthy, clean place to be proud of.
